Client systems we build

For institutes that use Backrooms AI, student enquiry details (name, phone, course, messages) are stored in the institute's own sheet and used only to reply, follow up and report to that institute.

• We access client data only to set up and maintain the system.
• We never sell or reuse it, and never contact a client's students for our own purposes.
• When a client stops the service, we delete our copy and hand over everything that belongs to them.
